• Orders placed before 12 PM on a weekday are more likely to ship out the same day.

• Each puzzle is custom-made just for you — because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong design, changing your mind, or personal preferences.

• If your puzzle arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or a major printing error, we’ll replace it free of charge.

• Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo showing the issue. There’s no need to send the puzzle back.

• Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5") are normal and will not be considered defects.
